“Project Management(BSc)”

  • Content:
    • Scope definition, stakeholders, resource-time-cost, risks, control, project organisational arrangements, project termination
  • Target group:
    • BSC students in Business and Management
  • Graduates:

  • Duration:
    • 1 semester
  • Features:
    • Lectures and seminar group work; both in Hungarian and English; the course is based on Mihály Görög’s The profession of Project Management (Hungarian) and Görög-Smith: Project Management for Managers (English)

“Project Management(MSc)”

  • Content:
    • Project implementation strategy, project program management, organizational project management maturity, project-based organisations
    • Theoretically-based applying of single project management toolkit
  • Target group:
    • MSc students in Business Development
  • Graduates:
    • 80 per years
  • Duration:
    • 1 semester
  • Features:
    • Lectures and seminar group work; both in Hungarian and English; the course is based on Mihály Görög’s and other selected publications

    • 2 years part time (1 day per week, 600 hours in classroom)
  • Features:
    • Both knowledge-based and skill-based approaches are applied; lectures and corporate group-work; group presentations and discussions


60 hours training course in “Project Management”

    • The entire single project management toolkit in Hungarian based on Mihály Görög’s The profession of project management (Hungarian)

    • Partly lectures but mainly corporate group-work
